The setting was peaceful and perfect, close to the main square. the staff were eager to help and made my 4-night stay enjoyable.

The staff was extraordinary service-minded and highly professional and we would like to stay longer. The location was best possible for walking around a main square. This hotel was in a relaxing area just off the souks and square Jamaa el Fna and the gardens of the koutoybia and the wonderful artisan center. The room was great value for money and well-equipped with cupboard space and garden terrace, as example.

I really enjoyed my stay for two nights. the room was a nice size with a large sunken bath and views to the Koutoubia mosque. - the location was great, close to restaurants and bars. - the hotel had a very nice restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. They helped with reservations and recommendations. The lunch at the snack bar was lovely. Rooms were very clean.
Breakfast was disappointing for a 5* hotel. The food wasn’t replenished when it ran out. I had to ask multiple times for more pastries and juice as they had ran out. Yoghurts we’re warm as they was left out and the temperature was high.

The rooftop pool.up graded to a suite.
Food. drinks far too exspensive and very small measures. hotel is not 5 star by a million miles. 300euros a night and still have to pay to go in the spa its a joke .men allowed in restaurant at night in shorts and flip flops 5 star I dont think so.
